Adv. Shay Saydof practices complex commercial-economic litigation and represents Israeli and international clients in complex and sensitive disputes, including shareholder disputes, directors' and officers' liability, securities claims, and large-scale contractual disputes. Adv. Saydof has extensive experience in representing directors and officers in proceedings concerning breaches of fiduciary duties and duties of care, as well as violations of securities laws, such as allegations regarding the publication of misleading information in financial statements, public reports, and prospectuses.

Adv. Saydof holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Ono Academic College, cum laude. Shay completed his internship at one of Israel's leading and largest law firms, and following his admission to the Bar in 2019, he worked as an attorney at Adv. Leshem’s previous firm.
