Adv. Dr. Elad Peled handles complex and large-scale litigation cases in the variety of subjects handled by the firm, primarily in the fields of corporate litigation, commercial law, and banking law. Dr. Peled also practices and advises on defamation matters—a field in which he has published more than ten academic studies, several of which have been cited in case law, including by the Supreme Court, as well as by U.S. Courts. Dr. Peled is included in the list of arbitrators and mediators of Nevo Arbitrations and Mediations, alongside retired judges from all instances, academics, and senior attorneys. He also lectures in various academic and professional forums.

Dr. Peled holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, cum laude; a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from New York University (NYU); and a Doctorate (Ph.D.) from the University of Haifa. Following his admission to the Bar in 2004, he served as a senior law clerk to the Honorable Justice Grunis at the Supreme Court, and subsequently, among other roles, as a visiting researcher at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative and International Private Law in Hamburg, an adjunct lecturer at Bar-Ilan University and the University of Haifa, and as an attorney and partner of Adv. Leshem at his previous firm.
