David Leshem & Co. is a boutique law firm specializing in corporate and commercial litigation. Adv. David Leshem and his partners have long-standing experience of representing leading corporations and individuals in the capital market and the business community in complex and large-scale litigation, with an emphasis on D&O liability, shareholder disputes, derivative actions and class actions. The firm is ranked by the Israeli ranking guides D&B and BdiCode in the highest band in the fields of commercial litigation and class actions.
The firm handles a relatively limited number of selected cases, whereby each client receives personal attention from the firm's team led by Adv. Leshem, in all stages of the litigation.
Most of the firm's cases are adjudicated in the District Courts, primarily in the Economic Division of the Tel Aviv District Court, as well as in the Supreme Court and before selected arbitrators and mediators.
Adv. Leshem and his partners represented, among others, the controlling shareholder of Tnuva (Bright Food) in disputes with other shareholders of Tnuva; Kerur Holdings, controlled by Shlomo Rodav and Roni Gat, in a dispute with Clal Industries regarding the rights in Jafora Tabori; family members of Eliezer Fishman in the country's largest bankruptcy case; and Ellomay-Luzon company in a derivative action against shareholders in Dorad power station, within which the defendants were ordered to pay Dorad approximately half a billion ILS.
Adv.
